Downloading Free Version of Turbo C++ 2006 Explorer
1) Open a web browser and goto the following website: https://downloads.embarcadero.com/free/c_builder
2) Under the "Turbo C++ 2006 Explorer" heading select the download button.
3) Proceed to download Turbo C++ 2006 Explorer
4) Sign-in or register on web-page that opens during download of Turbo C++ 2006 Explorer
5) Once registration is compltete, the student will be able to obtain a license file for the free, full version of 
Turbo C++ 2006 Explorer.
